To access information offered at Health Talks 365, you must create an account to become a member. There is both free and paid information available at Health Talks 365. Information includes video, audio, all transcriptions of video and audio, any narrative, summary, or other medium through which is provided to a member (“Content”). Any coding, icons, images, and any visual or audible depiction on the Health Talks 365 site also falls within the definition of Content.
Members are provided the opportunity to become Premium Subscribers. Members who do not pay for a subscription will have access to content offered at no cost. All members have the option to become a Premium Subscriber and access Content reserved for Premium Members.
Subscribers agree to authorize Health Talks 365 to charge a recurring monthly or annual membership fee at the then current rate, and any other charges incurred in connection with the use of Health Talks 365. Subscribers are billed each month or year on the calendar date corresponding to the date a Subscriber first signed up.
Subscribers and members agree to the responsibility of maintaining the confidentiality of any username or password. Subscribers and members agree that they may not allow non-members or non-subscribers the use of their personal credentials to access Content.
Purchasing a subscription does not guarantee compatibility with your device. Some devices will not stream online content. Some internet providers restrict downloading of specific content. Health Talks 365 will not be held liable for any additional costs associated with you accessing our Content. The guidelines for receiving a refund are:
For all authorized charges, the purchase must have been made within 30 days.
You may not have accessed more than 10% of available premium lessons. This allows you to watch 3 or more, depending on the number of premium lessons available. If you have accessed more than 10% of available premium lessons, it is unlikely we will issue a refund. However, each case will be considered on an individual basis in the event there are extenuating circumstances.
Unauthorized charges. We will always issue a 100% refund with documentation. The refund request must be made within 3 months (90 days) of purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancelled subscription will continue until the end of the paid term and will not renew. To cancel your subscription, visit your “My Account” page at https://www.healthtalks365.com/my-account/, navigate to “Subscriptions” tab and click the “cancel subscription” link.

The Health Talks 365 site as well as its employees and affiliates assume no responsibility for errors, omissions, or contradictory interpretations of the subject matter in any of the products provided. You understand that all Content is considered intellectual property and you agree that you will not reproduce, redistribute, lend, rent, upload, sell, or otherwise disseminate any Content to anyone without written consent from Health Talks 365. Any use of Health Talks 365 Content not expressly permitted by these Terms and Conditions is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may constitute a violation of state and/or federal law. If you violate any of these Terms and Conditions, your permission to use Health Talks 365 shall be terminated.
Health Talks 365 takes every reasonable precaution to protect our users’ personal information. When users submit sensitive information to Health Talks 365, their information is protected both online and offline. We are committed to preventing others from unauthorized access to the personal information you provide to us, and we maintain commercially reasonable procedures and technology designed for this purpose. The Health Talks 365 website has reasonable technical and organizational security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, or alteration of the information under our control. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those security measures or use your personal information for improper purposes.
You are responsible for taking all reasonable steps to ensure that no unauthorized person shall have access to your Health Talks 365 passwords or accounts. You shall promptly notify Health Talks 365 if you believe your account or password has been compromised. You grant Health Talks 365 the right to store and use your information.
When our order form asks users to enter sensitive information, such as billing address, that information is sent to our servers via an encrypted connection.
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect our users’ information offline. All of our users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
Finally, the servers that store personally identifiable information are in a secure environment. We request information from the user on our secure order form where a user must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders. We may store this information securely on our servers. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user. This information is not shared with companies outside of HealthTalks365 except for third-party services which we may use to contact users and/or process orders.

Health Talks 365, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, STATUTORY, EXPRESS, OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute with or relating to Health Talks 365 resides with the courts in and for Cleveland County, Oklahoma. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the substantive laws of the State of Oklahoma, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. You knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally waive your right to a trial by jury with respect to any litigation arising out of, under, or in connection with your use of the Health Talks 365 website. A prevailing party to litigation concerning these terms and conditions or any dispute involving Health Talks 365 is entitled to the recovery of attorneys’ fees and court costs. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Health Talks 365, its officers, directors, agents, licensors, and suppliers, harmless from and against any claims, actions, or liabilities resulting from your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
